Am I being charged per day for my hire equipment?
No, if your function is on a Weekend, you only pay per function, even though we usually deliver the Friday before and pick up on Monday. We are closed Sundays and public holidays
Do I need to provide identification?
Yes, We require Photo ID The best form is a Queensland driver’s license. Alternately we need 2 forms of ID i.e. a passport and a rent receipt / rates notice / Phone bill. Unfortunately if you cannot supply this information we cannot supply equipment to you.
When do you deliver?
For a weekend function, we deliver on a Thursday / Friday and collect Monday / Tuesday (unless public holidays) with no set times allocated. Weekend deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge. Conditions apply.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
Yes, We will deliver almost anywhere any time, for reasonable rates.
What is the latest time I can make changes to my order?
As most orders are made ready from Thursday, we need any final changes by the end of Wednesday morning (earlier if it involves linen or helium) to ensure any / all altered quantities are available. This notice will allow us to re hire out cancelled equipment if you have decreased the quantities. Fees apply for late modification / cancellation.
When would you delivery if my function was midweek?
The usual delivery is the day of or before and we pick up the day after. We can deliver and collect the same day if arranged at least 1 week prior to the function. This may incur an additional charge.
Do we have to clean the equipment before we return it?
Hire equipment must be returned clean otherwise a cleaning fee is charged. There are some items, like linen and chair covers, that do not need to be cleaned.
How do I pay for my order
Payment is required by close of business the day before any delivery, or you can pay when collecting equipment from our store. A booking deposit is required if you are booking a marquee, coldroom a roasting oven or a spit. We accept Visa, Master Card, Eftpos, Cash or electronic bank transfer no cheques. If you choose electronic bank transfer, this has to be in our bank at least the day before the delivery and a receipt number must be supplied.
Do you charge a bond
Yes, bonds are refundable at the end of the hire, after goods have been returned clean and in good condition checked thoroughly. Please note that we refund bonds via the same medium as the payment is made (if you pay cash you get cash, if you use eftpos we refund with eftpos), also when paying with eftpos / credit card we do not keep records of your banking details so we will need them again to refund your bond
What if I break something?
You will be charged for any broken / lost  item/s at new replacement cost
Can we pick up our hired equipment?
Yes. Most items are available for customer collection. Although we do reserve some items for delivery only.
If I pick up, will someone be there to put the hire equipment into/onto my vehicle?
We will help you to load and unload your vehicle.
Will hired equipment fit in my vehicle?
Some items such as folding chairs will, but a lot of items are quite bulky. We have a delivery service available with reasonable rates. 
When do I have to return my hire?
You are required to return the hired goods on the agreed return date (preferably morning). if you require items longer, please contact our store asap 3809 4488. You will be charged for the extra time.
How long before my function should I make a booking?
We can take a booking at any time. We do advise you to book at least 1 week prior to your hire. We do require a booking deposit.
What marquee would be best for my function?
As there are many variables, please contact us on 3809 4488. One of our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you.
Structure marquees
Also known as Hoecker Structures. These Marquees are often used for Weddings, but they are also suitable for your party or function. The great part about them is that there are no guy ropes or center poles, and they can be assembled on a hard surface like concrete. Our structures can range in size from 6m x 3m and can vary in size in 3m increments up to 6m x 30m. We do not permit customers to assemble / disassemble these marquees
Peg and pole marquees
These Marquees are more of a traditional style. Customers are welcome to assemble and dismantle this type of product. When measuring for the fit you will need to allow for an extra 2m either side of the marquee (for the guy ropes). 
Will we be charged for sides for the marquee?
Yes
What is your largest marquee
In Peg and pole it is 5.4m x 16.5 (18’x54′) and in Structure it is 6m x 30m (20’x98.5′)
What should I do before ordering a marquee?
Work out where you would like to have the marquee. do some rough measurements, make sure there are no obstacles (like trees or clothes line or house eves). And / or give us a call 3809 4488. 
If I hire a helium bottle, when do I need to return it?
At the end of the agreed hire period. If you require it longer please call us asap 3809 4488. Yes you will be charged extra (but probably not much).
